It is with great sadness that we share the news that Gwynth Schlipalius passed away in February 2024.
Gwynth led our Friends group for 10 years from its commencement at the end of 1999. She continued to share her wisdom and enthusiasm for many more years. She will be remembered for her passion and dedication to preserving the natural environment.
She will remain an inspiration to many of us who love Jirdarup. She was a great friend and a great lover of nature, art and science. Together with her late husband Daryl, she has left a legacy that will stand the test of time.
